I found the staff very friendly and efficient. The breakfast offered a varied and plentiful selection. My room included a Nespresso machine, which I found excellent. I slept well because my room and ensuite were lovely and clean.

I noted a lack of drawer space in the room. The room had small tables instead of bedside cabinets with drawers. The shelf in the wardrobe provided minimal storage.

broken lift high temperature

the location was very good, it was close to everything i needed.

The lift was broken . I had to carry my luggage to the upper floors, not ideal! there was no way to control the temperature in the room. I woke up at 4 am feeling too warm, i think.

the location was ideal. i have stayed here as my family studies at university. staff are always friendly.

I booked a junior suite with a walk in shower. I found the only 2 junior suites have a bath with a shower over it. this was not acceptable. the rooms only have a wardrobe. there are no drawers to put clothes in.

The hotel's location across from the railway station was super convenient. the building itself had beautiful interiors. i found the complimentary toiletries in the room to be a nice touch. Shampoo, body wash, and soap were all provided.

the multi-story car park down the road added an extra cost.

The king size bed was very comfortable. Calm was ensured, and the beautiful lobby added to the experience.

I encountered an unexpected £12 parking fee upon arrival (the online information indicated parking was complimentary). The ceilings in my room were wet and peeling, possibly due to a permanently running radiator.

convenient location friendly staff tasty breakfast absent air conditioning inadequate windows soulless bar

i found the location quite convenient. it sits directly across from the train station. the staff were all very friendly and helpful to me. the breakfast had different options that i found tasty.

My room did not have air conditioning which was unfortunate. the windows hardly opened , made it uncomfortable. the bar felt soulless and depressing. The prices seemed high for what it offered.
